Acceptance of Terms

By using Zephy you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the app.

Zephy is provided for general informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zephy shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the app, including reliance on any information displayed.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

The materials within Zephy are provided on an 'as is' basis. Zephy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties. Furthermore, Zephy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, or reliability of the use of the materials within the app.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

Third-party data & services

Zephy displays aviation and flight-related data provided by third-party sources. We do not create, verify, or control this data and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. Flight information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Zephy is provided for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon for safety-critical, navigational, or operational decisions.

Certain data sources may require attribution, which is provided within the app where applicable.

Availability

Zephy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features and data availability may change or be discontinued at any time.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained within the app.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Zephy at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Aviation disclaimer

Zephy is not an air traffic control system, navigation aid, or safety service. It is intended for general interest and informational use only.

Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing within Zephy could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Zephy does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.

No go's (things you can't do)

Including, but not limited to: don't break the law, infringe on rights, mislead people, harass others, spam, hack, spread viruses, or abuse the system. If you do (or we reasonably suspect you did), we may take any action we see fit.

Privacy

Zephy does not require user accounts. Any data collected is limited to what is necessary to operate and improve the app and is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
