Crash Reporting & Diagnostics

• Tool: Sentry
• Purpose: To detect crashes, performance issues, and errors in order to maintain app reliability.
• Data Collected: Anonymous diagnostic data, such as crash logs, error codes, and performance metrics.
• Anonymization: The data is anonymized before it reaches us. It cannot be linked to individual users.
• Data Storage: Stored securely in the EU region.

Data Rentention and Deletion

• Retention: Anonymous crash data is kept only as long as needed for diagnostics, per Sentry's retention policy.
• Deletion: If you uninstall Zephy, no new data will be collected. Since all crash data is anonymous, it cannot be linked to you personally.
