Data We Collect
Crash Reporting & Diagnostics
- Tool: Sentry
- Purpose: To detect crashes, performance issues, and errors in order to maintain app reliability.
- Data Collected: Anonymous diagnostic data, such as crash logs, error codes, and performance metrics.
- Anonymization: The data is anonymized before it reaches us. It cannot be linked to individual users.
- Data Storage: Stored securely in the EU region.
Data Rentention and Deletion
- Retention: Anonymous crash data is kept only as long as needed for diagnostics, per Sentry's retention policy.
- Deletion: If you uninstall Zephy, no new data will be collected. Since all crash data is anonymous, it cannot be linked to you personally.
